We are obliged to provide you with cost information in respect of our services and we will endeavour to set out the basis of our charges below. The prices below are for direct instructions only, costs may vary if quotes are obtained from an introducer. A percentage of the legal fees listed below will become payable for all abortive matters. The information provided is a guide only and we would be more than happy to arrange a free initial consultation in order for us to provide you with an accurate estimate of costs and disbursements after which there would be no obligation to instruct us. VAT is charged at the current rate of 20%:
