Harvey Baker Solicitors in partnership

with the Alzheimer’s Society

We’ve partnered with the Alzheimer's Society “Will to Remember” Will-writing scheme, where we are offering to write a simple single or a simple mirror Will for you for free.

Together, we want to remove some of the barriers that can deter people from making a Will or including a gift in their Will, as well as providing support and confidence when planning for the future.

We at Harvey Baker will treat your requirements with care and understanding.

We know that writing or updating your Will can, at first, can seem a little daunting, but with the right information, and support from us, the process can be relatively straightforward. While there is no obligation for supporters who use the “Will to Remember Scheme” to prepare their Will, to leave a gift to Alzheimer’s Society in their Will, many choose to do so, in recognition of a cause they care deeply about.

A gift in your Will won't cost anything now, but it's a wonderful feeling to know that in the coming years, gifts like these will help people when they need it most.

To claim your free Will and help end the devastation caused by dementia, simply complete this form to request your Will to Remember pack and claim your free simple Will.

Alzheimer’s Society is the UK’s leading Dementia charity and the only one to tackle all aspects of dementia. They have over 40 years of experience addressing the biggest challenges facing the 900,000 people currently living with dementia:

Alzheimer’s Society provides vital support to people facing the most frightening times of their lives – whether that's through a much-needed listening ear on the phone, an in-person visit or opportunities to connect with others.

Research funded by Alzheimer’s Society has contributed to some of the biggest breakthroughs in Dementia research to date. Over 30 years ago, they funded a study which discovered that a protein – amyloid – plays an important role in the causes of Alzheimer’s disease. This breakthrough led to the recent development of new drugs like donanemab. Donanemab is proven to slow down the progression of early-stage Alzheimer’s disease – a type of dementia – by more than 20%. This has never happened before.

Alzheimer’s Society is a powerful force for change, and the loudest voice campaigning for a better life for people living with Dementia. They will hold decision makers to account to ensure people affected by dementia to get the care they deserve, when they need it.

Dementia is the UK’s biggest killer. Someone develops it every three minutes, and there’s currently no cure.

If you leave a gift in your Will, you’ll be joining a Society made up of amazing people – from researchers and clinicians, to campaigners, fundraisers, carers, people living with Dementia and trusted experts.

Once your loved ones are looked after, a gift in your Will ensures the causes you care about are supported, even after you’re gone. Gifts in Wills currently fund a third of all Alzheimer’s Society’s work.
