Conveyancing costs

Conveyancing can be expensive, but a huge part of the costs are unavoidable. Items such as searches, transfer fees, local authority fees and SDLT (Stamp Duty Land Tax) are all charged by external parties and must be paid.

The only aspect of your conveyancing that the solicitor will charge is their professional fee for their time and expertise.
